This hotel is a great value for money with affordable prices. The attention to detail is impressive, from the free toothbrush and paste provided daily to the basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash. The location is incredibly convenient, right at the subway entrance and next to a train station.

Great instructions given on how to get to the hotel. Only hotel out of the 4 hotels we stayed in Kyoto, Osaka and Tokyo that provides breakfast ( although simple, it was very adequate and a real appreciative gesture for days we wanted to stay in).

The 1st room we stayed in was great with wifi facility. However, when we checked in again 3 days later, both rooms have no wifi facility. Instead of offering us free wired Internet as alternative, we were asked to rent or used the wifi facility at the common breakfast room! We hope we wont encounter such problem again during our 3rd time stay there in a few days time.

Perfect location for reasonable price: just cross the street and you'll get to the subway (1 minute walk)! Tennojo station is very close by subway, so I was very pleased. The room was perfectly clean, not small, it had everything I needed in it. I felt very comfortable staying here. The staff was wery friendly and answered all of my questions. I also liked the free breakfast, 'though I had to get up early to be in time for it. Wi-fi signal was good enough for browsing the Internet. This was my first time in Osaka and I'm glad that I chose this hotel! I'd definately use it again.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from the subway station. The rooms were small but clean, with all the necessary amenities, including free wifi and a great breakfast in the morning. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who always made me feel welcome.

That the lobby area was quite small and didn't have enough seating for guests who wanted to work or relax. Additionally, the instructions for using the laundry machine were only in Japanese, which made it difficult for English-speaking guests to use.

The room was small, as expected, but very clean. The hotel is very close to the metro station. There is a quite nice free japanese breakfast available.

I told them I might be late for the check in time,I hope they will keep this room for me for the whole night,so I do not need to be in a hurry.but they say I should call them after 11:55pm.where can I get a phone when I get to Japan at the first time,no phone card,no coin,I can not understand this,because anyway they will charge me 100%。my flight landed in Japan at10:30pm,if it was12:00pm,what can I do,how to call them?

The hotel is conveniently located right in front of the subway station with easy access to convenient stores nearby. the rooms are functional and the bathrooms have a bidet which is a nice touch. the hotel's breakfast offerings are decent and included in the price. there is a vending machine which is well-priced compared to those outside.

The WiFi connection in some rooms may be inconsistent, but wired internet access is available as well.

Close to subway station. Good Japanese style breakfast. Good facility inclueds a humidifier and a bright light.

Very narrow space to eat breakfast

Clean, comfortable, both wired and wireless internet. Everything you expect from toyoko-inn. The location is literally 5 steps outside the Number 8 exit at the station. Just go out, turn left and look up! In terms of hotel location within the city, its alright. It's on a major subway line so that helps, but there is nothing but plenty of food choices nearby.

They charge for extra amenities, such as an extra towel, but they do provide the basic ones expected in Japan (razor, toothbrush, etc.)

I loved staying in this hotel as it was conveniently located just steps away from the subway station, making it very easy to explore the city, including the nearby castle. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, particularly the breakfast area where I enjoyed a complimentary Japanese buffet. The staff members were friendly and helpful, making my stay very pleasant.

The hotel gave me a quite good impression. The room is clean and tidy. All facilities are designed considerable in details(even has humidifier）Staffs are very gentel and helpful. The location is also very convinient, just near the station named "tanimachi yonchoumei", and you can reach to "Osaka Old City" just in 15 mins by foot. The price is commercial too. I will choose it again. I love Kansai~ from SH

The hotel offered great value for money, had clean rooms and a free Japanese breakfast. The location was convenient, with easy subway access and nearby amenities like a mini-mart and shopping street. The staff were helpful and even provided a travel adapter.

The room smells of wet carpet and requires decent airing. Wifi was quite slow.

Quite big room with ensuite bathroom, price is OK.

There was a smell of cold smoke, especially in the corridors and the elevators. And the staff was a bit rude, they made uf undo our luggage in front of the reception to make copies of ALL our passports. I understand that they need our ID, but in all other hotels, a copy of our passports was enough.
